France Petrol Prices

Buying Petrol in France

Having started in the UK, Whatgas is now collecting petrol prices and petrol station locations France as well as other European countries.

France has a diverse set of petrol station brands including Shell, Jet, Migrol, Esso, Avia and Agip. France even have Q8 garages, and Paris in particular has a large number of Total petrol stations.

France has had a number of petrol strikes over the last few years, and its petrol prices are generally one of the highest in Europe. At one stage petrol in France was much cheaper than in the UK and lorry drivers in particular would often make sure they filled up in France rather than England. However the gap is no where near as big now, and you would have to go to Belgium or the Czech Republic to find significantly cheaper petrol.

If you would like to comment about petrol stations and petrol prices in France, then please email us at webmaster@whatgas.com, we would be delighted to add your comments to this page.

Here are the latest average cost of petrol France (Euros) compared to the rest of the UK (pence)

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Source Error:

The source code that generated this unhandled exception can only be shown when compiled in debug mode. To enable this, please follow one of the below steps, then request the URL:

1. Add a "Debug=true" directive at the top of the file that generated the error. Example:

  <%@ Page Language="C#" Debug="true" %>

or:

   </system.web>
</configuration>

Note that this second technique will cause all files within a given application to be compiled in debug mode. The first technique will cause only that particular file to be compiled in debug mode.

Important: Running applications in debug mode does incur a memory/performance overhead. You should make sure that an application has debugging disabled before deploying into production scenario.
